Due to product type reasons, we do not accept return requests unless the goods are delivered by mistake before the customer receives the goods.
If the product is eligible for return, please email your personal contact information,
returned product and reason to email@example.com within seven days of receipt.
The product must be confirmed by us before returning.
Pacswitch Globe Telecom Limited will not be responsible for any return shipping costs and other related expenses.
Since the shipment is still under the responsibility of the customer before we receive it, please keep the shipping receipt.
If the goods are unfortunately lost during the return, we may need to refer to the shipping receipt.
The product must maintain its original state.
After receiving the return, we will send a notification to confirm, and return to the customer the original payment for the purchased product.
